Body-Doubling

Body Doubling is a technique that involves having another person sit near you while you work. I like to call it a “ninja” technique because you don’t actually need to be physically next to the person; you can still provide your “physical presence” virtually.

Body Doubling has been shown to increase productivity and reduce procrastination in people with ADHD and anxiety. They are able to focus better and complete more tasks per session. This practice is now widely used across the internet for accountability.

We have a Discord server where thousands of people gather to motivate and keep each other accountable to their daily work. We turn our microphones off to avoid distracting others, but turning our cameras is encouraged as a way to improve focus.

Many people have told us that our presence helps motivate them to work, but we can’t always be available 24/7. So we took the ninja technique to the next level by pre-recording ourselves so that you can use our presence whenever you want. You can find them here!
